Kavo Coaching Services is founded by Kara Vogt, a professional with over two decades of management and leadership experience in the healthcare, higher education, and not-for-profit sectors.
Kara's story started as a front-line healthcare professional, where she spent years refining her expertise in coaching, facilitation, and therapeutic communication in the context of individual and group client care. She realized that these skills were not only helpful to support people with health behaviour change goals, but they are also essential to supporting teams and organizations to succeed.
Kara completed a Master's degree in Leadership and a Certificate in Change Management to strengthen her skillset in supporting organizations to succeed. Now after more than a decade of experience in management, leadership and teaching roles, Kara knew the time was right to start Kavo Coaching Services.
Kara thrives on partnering with teams and organizations to understand their unique needs, where they might be getting stuck, and the precise support and expertise they need.
